Equality Act introduced in Congress!

While LGBTQ New Jerseyans enjoy commonsense legal protections against discrimination, 44% of LGBTQ Americans still live in states where it is legal to fire, deny housing, or refuse service to someone simply because of who they are or who they love.

Today, U.S. Senator Cory Booker introduced The Equality Act as a prime sponsor to change that. He's joined by the unanimous support of New Jersey's Democratic Congressional Delegation.

It is critical that we pass The Equality Act in Congress this session to ensure equality under the law truly means equality for all, and New Jersey’s congressional delegation is leading the way in championing civil rights for LGBTQ Americans across the nation.

Add your name below to tell New Jersey's Democratic Congressional Caucus thank you for supporting equality!
