NJCASA’s Community Conversations Initiative is an ongoing project that aims to document the lived experiences and emerging needs of New Jersey’s diverse population in their own words.
Since 2015, NJCASA has been engaging culturally- and linguistically-specific community-based organizations to collectively create an emerging needs action map that is reflective and responsive to the realities of our state’s diverse population. Garden State Equality has been a key partner in this initiative. Through this upcoming forum and others like it, we hope to further deepen our understanding of the needs emerging in New Jersey’s diverse communities.
