Remember Ocean County Freeholder, Jack Kelly, who was so viciously anti-LGBT that a motion picture film, called “Freeheld“, was created because we fought hard to protect individuals from his homophobia? Jack Kelly was a member of the Freeholder board who repeatedly refused to grant Lt. Laurel Hester and Stacie Andree benefits.
